Reservations
Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Cash and Traveler's Checks are also accepted forms of payment.
Booking Fee
A booking fee of $35 is charged at the time you make your reservation. This amount will be credited to your invoice on arrival. In case of cancellation, this amount is non-refundable.
Minimum Stay
A two-night minimum stay is required. A one-night reservation may be possible depending on our availability. Please call to inquire. All one-night reservations must be paid in full in advance.
Cancellations
Notification of cancellation is required ten (10) days prior to your scheduled day of arrival. Cancellation of your entire reservation or any part of your reservation after that date will result in a charge to your credit card for all the nights you cancel. If we are able to rebook your room, we will issue a refund on your credit card for the nights we are able to rebook. All cancellations will incur a $35 non-refundable booking fee.
Front Desk Hours
The Front Desk is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM Saturday and Sunday. The Front Desk closes at noon on all major holidays.
Check-In
Check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 9:45 PM Monday through Friday, and 3:00 PM to 8:45 PM Saturday and Sunday. You are welcome to check in earlier if your room is ready. If your room is not ready, we will be glad to hold your luggage for you.
Late Check-In
In case of a travel emergency, a late check-in is available until 11:00 PM Monday through Friday and until 10 PM on Saturday and Sunday for a fee of $35.00. Late check-ins must be arranged in advance.

Check-out
Check out time is 11:00 AM. You may arrange a late check-out until 12:30 PM only for a fee of $35.00. We will be glad to hold your luggage until 8 PM on your day of departure.
Breakfast
Your room rate includes a marvelous continental-plus breakfast of fresh fruit salad, fresh pastries, toast, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, cheeses, smoked salmon, coffee, tea and juice. Breakfast is served from 7:30 - 10:00 AM Monday through Friday and 8:00 - 10:30 AM Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Evening Refreshments
You are invited to join us for a glass of wine, beer or sparkling water and light snacks every evening from 5:30 - 7:00 PM.
Parking
Limited off-street parking is available. If you are driving, please call to discuss your parking options.
Smoking
The Embassy Circle Guest House is a smoke-free accommodation. Smoking anywhere in the house will result in a penalty equal to two (2) night's room rental.
Children
We are not able to accommodate young children.
Occupancy
Occupancy of the Guest Rooms is limited to registered guests.
Entertainment
The Guest House provides books, magazines, games and conversation for your entertainment. There are no TV's or radios in the Guest House. |
