This large and slightly whimsical first floor room has a queen-size mahogany sleigh bed, an English armoire, a beautiful antique loveseat, dressed in green to compliment the painting on the wall, and a writing desk which also doubles as a dresser.
The still-life on the wall is by Brazilian friend and artist Beto Rossi. Like all of Beto's paintings, the colors are pure Sao Paulo - bright as the Brazillian sun! The floor of this room is covered with a beautiful antique Kashan carpet in deep red with bright blue, yellow and green flowers, showing that, at least in terms of color, there's a lot of similarity between Persia and Brazil.
