Room 133 – Khaki Meshkabad

Embassy Circle Guest House

Check Rates

This charming third floor nook is the smallest room at our romantic hotel in Washington DC. A queen-size spindle bed in cherry and ebony woods sets the color palette. A light elm French writing desk with ebony accents, a mahogany dresser, and an unusual carved oak armoire continue the theme of contrasting wood tones.

Art: Four beautiful painted collages by San Diego artist Mada Leach (acquired since the photo was taken) hang in this room, including two of her vivid sunsets and two wonderfully realistic depictions of Point Lobos.

Carpet: The carpet in this room is an antique Persian Meshkabad with a khaki background and lovely dark blue and coral stylized flowers.
